Congratulations on making the decision to purchase a foreclosed property!

Here's how to get started:

1. Meet with one of our representatives to sign up.

• Execute a Buyers Agency Agreement.
• Payment in the amount of 6% of the proposed purchase price.
• Receive a User ID and Password to access the Hot List.

2. Property leads are added daily to the Hot List, Use your ID and Password to sign in under client log in. Do your own evaluation on each property that interests you. If you choose to offer on any property, do the following:

• Submit a "Buy Order" sheet to our office fax at 704-333-5755.
• A confirmation of your bid will be sent to you via e-mail.
• Wait 10 days to see if your bid has been accepted
• If your offer is not accepted we will update the Hot list to reflect the new price and you may choose to resubmit an offer

2. CLOSE:

• Close and take title usually within 10 to 30 days (Pending Trustees instruction).
• At closing, the 6% buyers premium will be retained by MD Company.
